WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

At Fat Rhonda Apparel we make every effort to process orders within 3 business days of when they are received, however during the specific times of the year orders may take a little longer to ship due to our high volume of orders and USPS. If further processing delays happen, you will be notified by email.

Depending on your location, some deliveries may take longer than others. You will receive a tracking number when the product ships and email updates every step of the way.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

Once an item sells out, there is no guarantee that it will be back again. Keep up to date by following on social media and subscribing to emails.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Clothing/Headwear

At Fat Rhonda Apparel we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt so that we can make it right. If you ordered the wrong size, we will happily exchange the item for the right one (if available). 

All returned merchandise must be in its original condition or it will not be accepted. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Stickers/Mugs

At this time stickers and mugs are not returnable.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt so that we can make it right.

CAN I PLACE A PRE-ORDER?

Due to demand, some items may be available for pre-order. Pre-ordering an item guarantees that your size will be available and shipped to you. If you wait, your size may not be available when the items come back in stock.
